Manly Warringah Sapphires were formed in 2015 with the backing of Manly Warringah Netball Association, to compete in the NetballNSW new Premier League competition for 2016 and beyond.
Based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, we have an amazing depth of local talent who have competed at state and national level. To this end, we are staying true to our grassroots, with 85% of our player and coaching personnel rising through the ranks of the strong Manly Warringah Netball Association.
With MWNA’s a proud history of success at State and Waratah Cup level, the Manly Warringah Sapphires is looking to become the next success story in the 50 year history of the Manly Warringah Netball Association.

To establish a platform that allows MWNA to continue its success at the elite level and which also enables us to continue our successful pathway for talented players. By ensuring we have a team of coaching and support staff of excellence we aim to create the benchmark for playing standards both on and off the court.
